Catheter removal done now onto next stage

Had my catheter removed today after 2 weeks post RALP,  wow what a relief, think I got myself a bit wound up beforehand but I must admit it was over in seconds and painless. Had to drink  plenty of water for the trial but all went OK and left minus the catheter. Been a bit leaky but starting and stopping peeing all good. Started the Squeezy app again so fingers crossed everything should settle down. Having some fun with my grandson who will be out of nappies first!!!

Hi I use the squeezy app. Left the defaults set i.e 3x per day each set. Unfortunately I have since been told by uro-oncology that I need to bring be doing the exercises 6x per day.

I thought that wasn't much when I did them, before my op I was using a different app, have just upped mine to 6 a day 👍
