I am almost 6months post Radical Surgery, I was prescribed Viagra 100mg and Cialis 20mg, I have used this sparingly with little or nothing to show for it. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a penis sheath/sleeves that I can wear or attach to my little man to enable me pleasure my wife. I just feel a bit sorry for my wife, I have not been to pleasure her in ways I was able to do before the surgery. I am hoping there exists something that I can wear on my shrivelled penis in the meantime, whilst I wait for it to wake up. Yes, I did also by a pump and find that soon as the pump comes off, the erection is instantly lost!

Why not a strap-on? I've come across two couples for whom it worked. It's what works for you, and too many guys do forget that their partner might still benefit from some sex play even if the guy doesn't get the same out of it.

Gee Baba, don't just wait for it to wake up , you may need to put a lot of work into recovery. Have you had some professional instructions on using the pump. Masturbation can also help recovery. 

The hollow vibrating strap on helped our situation. 

Have fun and never give up.

My urologist said to go up to 20mg with caverject.

Sorry yes - 100mcg. It comes in a different format to the 10 / 20mcg versions; he has to mix the components and then funnel it into the injection chamber

Just an update. Whilst I continue to take the tablets, mess around with the ED pumps, as I already mentioned, I bought a hollow strap-on to at least pleasure my wife. We have used it several times in the past 4weeks. My wife did however comment  whilst she thoroughly enjoyed it, she felt the size did not match my penis size, so off I went shopping to look for something that would closely match my penis. I ordered the the "size matters clearly ample" (after doing a lot of research) and this is now a winner! I now combine the strap on with penis extender (fitted on the strap on) like a condom.

If it shrjvels when you remove the vacuum tube, you are not using a tight enough restriction ring or you are not positioning it close enough to the base of your penis.

I am not sure what you have tried already? Viagra? Levitra? If the tablets aren't helping, ask your ED nurse or GP to prescribe injections such as caverject or invicorp.

You should not be thinking of a strap-on penis but there is absolutely no reason why you couldn't choose a vibrator with your wife, to use together.

I have the same problem Baba, so interested in this chat. I have used caverject (painful), alprostadil (inconsistent), suction devices (useless) and rings (help a bit). We’re looking at sleeves now and a lot of research. Most sleeves seem to be fantasy sized, and finding something like an average realistic 5.5” to relive old days is proving challenging. RXSleeve in the USA gets mentioned a lot, but they are expensive and not available outside of the USA. If anyone has successfully bought and used modestly sized lifelike sleeves, then would love to hear about them.

Wytham , I can understand the injections being an issue, getting it right each time can be a problem.  If the rings help then the pump should be useful, on another site a guy could not get his pump to work and it is being returned, the company has said it is a known fault. 

Have you had any advice from the company rep. Does the pump actually produce a suction.

Wytham, I find myself in the exactly the same situation as you have described, the only thing I have not fully tried is the Caverject injection (I don't injections) the thought of injecting myself fills me with dread. Hopefully, will have some time with my wife during the holidays and will step up to 10mg from the initial dose I was administered at the hospital. 

To answer your question, I did some research and have a read of this.

I did also inbox a member on this forum for advice on what they were using waiting for a reply.

Just to update, I ordered the perfectFit hollow penis strap-on, this has arrived yesterday evening. I will be trialling this equipment in the coming days, I accept, I might not get the enjoyment from it, the key for me is being able to satisfy my wife. I will let you know I get on.

If Caverject (which is Alprostadil) was painful (which is not uncommon), ask to try Invicorp. Invicorp is a pair of different drugs, and not usually painful.

For Vacuum Erection Devices (pumps), you really need the pump demoed on you, which is usually done by the distributor in a pump clinic. This doubles the chances of using it successfully. Their method of use is not necessarily obvious, and you need to go through a 2 week training period on the penis to get comfortable with it. (It's usually very uncomfortable to start with.)

Just an update - Mixed results really.  I used the Caverject injection today 7.5mg, the erection was not very great and did not last long. I wonder if 10mg will make a big difference though. I also used the strap-on sleeve/sheath, which my missus enjoyed, so that was a good outcome.

I think the dose is mcg not mg , it would be more than the penis that got stiff with 100mg πŸ˜€. Let me know because I only get 10mcg injections.
