Psa 0.62 after chemo

My Husband had 6 sessions chemo and psa fell to 0.62 from 15.85. He is on zoladex too which brought it to 1.7 before 1st chemo. He worries it should be 0.0 something as he has no prostate He had the test not even 5 weeks after last session which I thought was quick Can it still fall for a month or so after chemo. I know we should be grateful and we are but he is very nervous

I've just spotted this unanswered post. I'm bumping it up hoping you get an informed answer.

0.0 is impossible, the best one can expect is <0.1 and it's true that without a prostate that would be ideal. You know he has bone mets so you are dealing with the situation of controling the cancer which has spread.

Discuss it with your medical team and they’ll guide you. It looks like you mr OH is responding positively to the treatment.
