Since completing my radio therapy and for about 4 months or so I have been experiencing breathing issues. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

No. Are you on HT? That knocks your fitness down a few percent though I don't know that it directly affects heart or lungs.
Pushing my imagination to the limit, I guess radiation passing through the thigh bone, might reduce red blood cell production a fraction. I have never heard this proposed as a real thing.
We tend to blame all our ailments on PCa or its treatment. Blood pressure and oxygen saturation meters for home use are very cheap, I would start there. You would have a little more info then before discussing with your GP.
