Penile Implant - private vs NHS

Hi 

I’m have been recommended a penile implant by my NHS consultant but the waiting list to see the specialist is 9 months and then upto 18 months for an operation. Does anyone have experience of having the procedure done privately and can recommend a consultant? Also what sort of price would I be looking at?
