Concerned about PSA reading

I get tested every year for 6 years now. I started at 45. My first psa was 0.72, next year 0.67 and the third year 0.62. Then the fourth year I got 0.82 and repeated it and got 0.65. Same next year first time I got 0.84 and on repeating it 0.61. Yesterday I got this year's result and got 0.90. Should I be concerned?

Your PSA levels don't seem to be consistent, so worth repeating it.

Avoid having a PSA test withing a month or so of having COVID or a COVID vaccination, is this is known to temporarily raise PSA levels.

If I understand right, you haven't had prostate cancer nor any treatment but get tests because of a family history.

Under those circumstances, those fluctuations sound totally normal for a healthy male. It isn't a big range, all 0.6-0.9 and well below disease levels.
