Biopsy 'challenging' - do another one ?

OH had telephone consult for biopsy results today. Gleason score was 3 + 4 and T2M0MX, PSA 11.1. This all seems fairly positive.

Doctor has given options of AS, surgery and RT based on these results, but he has also said that the biopsy was challenging and isn't confident in it. He suggested it might be an option to redo the biopsy under general anaesthetic but wasn't sure.

Has anyone been in this situation- OH would like AS but feels wary making that decision with dodgy data.

No one should really contemplate AS without the full facts so if it was my OH, I would want him to have another more detailed template biopsy before deciding.
