In July last year I had SBRT treatment for prostrate cancer. It had not spread.

Ever since then I have absolutely no interest in sex.

I have had a relationship breakdown since then, however I have never ever felt this way sexually.

Is it just me?

I welcome advice and help.

Did you have hormone therapy alongside the SBRT? If so, when did you stop? Your testosterone may not have fully recovered yet.

If you didn't have hormone therapy, another possible cause of your zero libido is low mood or depression, which wouldn't be entirely shocking since you have been dealing with a cancer diagnosis and the end of a relationship. That's a lot of grief to process.

It's not just you. These things are complex. I never realised how important my prostate was until I lost it. Look around for holistic care to support you emotionally, physically, and relationship-wise.
