Quick question - can you have Prostatomegaly with no prostate? Prostate removed Feb 2011.

My dad has received a letter saying Prostatomegaly noted during a ct scan for haematuria.

I’m going to call the oncologist but wanted to make sure first that it’s not me just being thick!

Good Lord!!!! I would be worried that they have muddled Dad's scan with some else's:-/
