I'm about a month behind you mate. I've got my two year PSA follow up in mid February. I hope that it's still undetectable.🤞

Excellent news Vern!
Cheers,
Kev.
Im 2.5 years past surgery psa has been <0.006 but today its 0.017.
See where this leads i guess.
Any rise, no matter how small is disconcerting. However these ultra sensitive PSA tests, to me, can only cause anxiety.
My two assays measure down to 0.04 and 0.02, so you'd still be undetectable in both of them.
Best of luck, mate.👍
Hi Guys ,
My last post was stating latest psa up from <0.006 to 0.017 with next test due in Oct , i was trying to work out when powers that be would be talk about any scans i only had the one mri prior to surgery. Do they wait for a level of increase higher than mine is now ?
We had a discussion recently at the support group re post surgery PSA results- our nurses attend so we also get the medical view. One hospital in the region gives results of <0.1 another gives the results as in my case as <0.001 or on another occasion 0.002. One school of thought says showing the results as <0.1 stops results anxiety of very minor changes but it does not prepare you if all of a sudden it creeps up past 0.1 which could come as sudden shock. The more accurate readings give issues re results agony but at least show early if there’s a trend. The consensus was there’s no right answer as it depends on the individual!
