Just been reading about Daralutamide.
I am on Zoladex and Appalutamide and doing well…. PSA down to 0.12.
is Daralutamide a better option than Appalutamide with Zoladex?
I have bone mets in the spine
Shaun
Hi Shaun, I don’t think you would be allowed to change from apalutimide while it is still working and you don’t fit the NHS criteria for daralutimide anyway as it is approved only for men with no mets. There is a trial of daralutimide with docetaxel running at the moment for men with mets but I think you would be excluded for already having had chemo and apalutimide.

Thanks for the reply Lyn.
It just sounded so good.
can’t complain though as the Zoladex / Apalutamide seem to be working really well
