I’m now 7 months post RPA. Mended very quickly, no pain post op and continence now very good - no longer using pads.
I’ve just restarted running so I can be ready for the Royal Parks Half in October - running for prostate cancer of course.
My question relates to tiredness. After a training run, upto 5k I’m finding I’m really tired during the rest of the day and sometimes falling asleep around 5pm. Pre op I could manage a 10K. Am I expecting too much post op or is there something I should be doing as well?
