I have advanced prostate cancer with secondaries in my right lung and a nearby lymph node. I am on Enzalutamide & my PSA having fallen to 0.03 in December 2021 has started to slowly rise and has now reached 1.0. Because of my age, 81 this year, I do not feel fit enough to undertake chemotherapy if and when the Enza. is stopped.
I know one option is to have Dexamethasone, so a few questions about this. I presume I would still continue to have my injections of triptorelin? Is the dosage normally 0.5mg daily? For anyone who has had this treatment what have been, if any, your side effects? How long were you on this treatment? Thank you for any information or advice you can give me. Richard
