I have had 10 of the 20 radiotherapy fractions (I am also having Decapeptly injections on a 6-monthly basis)
For the last few days I have been finding it increasingly painful to urinate, particularly at night. I have also been getting up more in the night to go to the toilet. And the urine flow is slow; sometimes more of a dribble than a flow.
I have been taking Tamsulosin for 5 years.
I have heard of Alfuzosin.
Do you have any comments – positive or negative?
I would welcome any more advice which you might be able to give.
