Hi Wilson, this is probably far too late to be of support, but yes I had groin pain after my surgery. It was a pain that went into the inguinal fold and my back.
It was so bad that I went to A&E. They didn't find anything and it wore off of its own accord. Personally I think it was the internal swelling that was pressing on a nerve as it was so intense.
