Evening all diagnosed May 2023 3+4 NOMO psa 52 confined to prostrate , journey so far Hormone therapy 4 months side effects hot flushes no sex drive , brachytherapy High dose in hospital on day ward 7 hrs no problems no no pain . Two week wait now on fraction 4 of 15 radiotherapy so far no problems. Reviewed last week very positive not . My advice don’t worry just do it , talk everything thro with your partner make the choice then go with the flo . The most difficult part I have found was the treatment choice for me Surgery or HT RT . Good luck to you all and I will update if and when
