I have an enlarged prostate and had a biopsy a year ago which came back normal. I am taking tamsulosin and dutasteride but I am still having urinary problems. A couple of days ago I experienced bleeding from my penis just before urinating and also during urination later in the day. On the same day I also had a post void dribble. Should I be concerned about the bleeding or is it a symptom of the enlarged prostate. I am worried that the biopsy has missed something and it is a symptom of cancer
