Hi I’m nearly 10 weeks in after biopsy all clear thank god but still have blood in my seman

I'm not medically qualified,  but I believe it's not unusual to find blood in your semen for several weeks following biopsies.

It's probably nothing to worry about, but if you are, contact a clinician.

just got my check up PSA level back up to 7.3

What was your PSA a year ago? The rate your PSA changes is more helpful than the absolute value. Have you had any urinary tract infections lately? I think we had someone with a PSA of about 30 recently but it was falling not rising and he got the all clear.

It takes only days to flush your bladder of blood because of the volume of urine passing through it evey day.  The low volume of semen passing only each time you climax means it takes a lot longer to flush out. 

If it's just rusty coloured I wouldn't worry, it will clear in time. If it's constantly fresh red looking blood you should contact A&E or 111. I was given a letter after my biopsy tontake to A&E if I had any problems.
