Got my PSA results for test number two post surgery and still undetectable.  I am very happy at the moment.  In addition, doing my exercises as instructed by my pelvic floor therapist, I am now down from 7 to 10 pairs of depends every day to 1 or 2 pairs.  Even in the mornings, I wake up dry sometimes.  There are still times when I move or lift something and leak, but the improvement is fantastic.  All in all things are going very well, especially with the upcoming move to Portugal, and trying to get the meds sorted out before and after the move.

That's all for now, thought it would be nice to share some good news and to show that things certainly can improve, just be patient.

Hi Richard, great to hear from you again. Thanks for the update.

I'm so pleased for you.👍

As you say, recovery often takes time, but it's wonderful that you're making good progress.

It's lovely to hear that your move is also progressing.
