Testosterone rising

My husband was on Eligard for 18 months……has been off of it for one year. Latest bloodwork showed PSA was undetectable, but testosterone was at 2. Has risen a bit since last blood work 6 months ago. Should we be worried?

You are referring to a US medication (Eligard).
What are the units for the Testosterone measurement, US (ng/dL) or International (nmol/L)?

Do you know what his Testosterone level was before going on hormone therapy?

What was it 6 months ago?

The level could be recovering after the hormone therapy - this takes a while. However, in either units, it's still low (extremely low in US units).

Another test in 3 months would be useful - it is useful to monitor Testosterone level with PSA when you finish hormone therapy, so you can see it recover.
