husband is 5 years post Ralp and 2 years post RT and 6 post hormone therapy.

in January his psa was 0.01, now 0.08 should we be worried ( has a telephone consultation with his oncologist next week) I know that this is treated as undetectable at some centres, reported as less than 0.1

Reoccurrence is always a possibility - PCa is a sneaky little b*gger but the numbers are still so low that I think the response will be "let's just keep an eye on things" - maybe push for 3 month PSA tests and see if anything changes.

Good luck to you both

6 what past HT, months?

What was his PSA before the RT+HT?

What did the RT target, prostate bed?

Did he have a PSMA PET scan before the RT, and if so, did it show anything?
