husband is 5 years post Ralp and 2 years post RT and 6 post hormone therapy.
in January his psa was 0.01, now 0.08 should we be worried ( has a telephone consultation with his oncologist next week) I know that this is treated as undetectable at some centres, reported as less than 0.1

Good luck to you both
6 what past HT, months?
What was his PSA before the RT+HT?
What did the RT target, prostate bed?
Did he have a PSMA PET scan before the RT, and if so, did it show anything?
Pet scan pre rt was clear. Last hormone jab last November.psa pre prostatectomy 9. Clear margins post surgery. 1 positive lymph node from 15 excised. Gleason 8. RT targeted prostate bed and bilateral lymph nodes. Aiming as the oncologist said for total sterilisation

PSA has now risen to 0.19 since July when it was 0.08 waiting to hear from urology cancer nurse but wanted to be prepared for the next stage as husband is obviously very worried so any any ideas/ comments would be helpful
