Sorry for the absence.  We have moved to Portugal, and with all that entails we have been very busy.  Unfortunately, I have been a bit lax in my Squeezys and it is showing in the incontinence.  But I am starting to get back into it and am hoping for some improvement in that area.  Just before leaving the US, I had another PSA test and it came back undetectable so that was a good start to the move.

Now I have to find a doctor to get all of my meds sorted out.  Wish me luck.

I know it is just a quick update, but there will be more to follow once I get into the doctors office.

Good for you mate. I admire you having the courage to make such big lifestyle changes, and I'm so pleased that you love your new home and that you're enjoying life. I wish you both a long and happy retirement.

PS: I've just reread your opening post the undetected PSA is obviously fantastic news!

Hi Richard. It's lovely to hear from you again. I'm glad your move went okay. Your incontinence will get better mate, stick with it. I meant to ask you before, are you still working now you've moved, or have you retired?

Adrian,

Since you asked, we both retired. The reasons were we both have or have had conditions which, if not caught could have prevented us getting to retirement. We have over the last year or so lost quite a few friends to, among other things, Cancer, some a lot younger than me. So, we were on vacation in Portugal, looking around, saw a house in a lovely area in Central Portugal and decided, spur of the moment sort of thing, to buy the house, go home and sell everything, get our D7 Visa (Passive Income), retire from our jobs and move.

We have a lovely house between Coimbra and Lousa, with all of the things we wanted and are just relaxing and enjoying ourselves.

You don't know how long you have, so why wait. Last week, a friend of ours was on a cruise and died of a heart attack while he slept. This just made us realize that what we have done was the right thing.

If you are ever in Central Portugal, hit me up, you have a place to stay.

Richard
