Hi Mike,

Great news indeed.

I'm currently T3b N0 M0. PSA was 4 back in June. Gleason score of 4+4 and tumour size 3cm. So all pretty similar to yours.

Do you mind if I ask why you did not have surgery (assuming it was an option)?

Reason for asking is I am struggling at the moment as to which path to venture down. I've had meeting with Oncologist to discuss RT/HT and have meeting with surgeon on 9th September to discuss RARP option.

Mine was advanced and broken the capsule wall and into seminar vesicle so wasn't offered surgery, was explained that cancer might escape during surgery and spread.

Happy enough with the Radiation and hormone treatment but will be happy to complete it .

Best wishes

Mike .
