Hello mate.

I can't find a link in your post. Is this the research that you are refering to?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6988964/

I presume that you found this research paper whilst trying to answer your question in the conversation:

Yes, that’s the one Adrian.

I’m afraid I don’t know how to forward an article to this site, I’m more of a fountain pen and filing cabinet sort of person.

I did find the article while I was researching my condition, you are right.

Hi,

I'm a bit lazy and usually scroll though research papers and just read the conclusion. In this case the conclusion seems inconclusive? Stressing the importance of scans.

I’m a drowning man clutching at straws and I’m probably kidding myself but time will tell.

Don't be hard on yourself mate. I would be doing exactly the same as you are doing. I spend far too much time searching for 'good news' research on my predicament. The annoying thing is if you manage to find what appears to be good news it's often contradicted by other research.

Good luck buddy.
