I have been on Enzalutamide for 2 and a half years, having been originally diagnosed with stage 3b prostate cancer & then stage 4 in the autumn of 2021 with spread to one lymph node and right lung. Because of my age I was put on Enzalutamide at the start of 2022, and now my PSA has risen to 7.2. My oncologist has mentioned an older chemo drug cyclophosphamide + dexamethasone, both in tablet form, as an option as he will probably have to stop the Enza. as it is not working. Also will probably have a CT scan. Has anybody on here any knowledge or experience of this treatment ? Thank you.
