my uncle 93 years old has received this biopsy:fractures of acinar cancer grade7 gleason prognostic group 3 interesting 20mm What (if possible) should be done?

Hi


At 93 it's likely the first thought is how long could he last normally or what treatment could he stand  


It's a slow moving disease although 20mm isn't small.


If he didn't have treatment he could last a few years.  His psa and rate of change of psa might indicate that.


Hormone treatment could make him last over 5yrs even if it was advanced.


Surgery is unlikely at his age. Probably RT is unlikely too although not necessarily as there are several levels of RT.
