Men with prostate cancer needed for a study in London

Posted 25 Oct 2024 at 13:47

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) are currently running a study, and they're looking for men with prostate cancer in London.

  • Are you receiving ongoing treatment for one or more long-term health conditions?

  • Have you recently been diagnosed with and offered treatment for prostate cancer?

  • Are you living and/or receiving treatment in London?

If your answer is YES to all three questions above, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine would like to invite you to take part this study. We would like to hear about your experiences with health services following your prostate cancer diagnosis, so we can understand how services for people with multiple health conditions and prostate cancer can be improved.

You will keep a record of your interactions with health services for 3 weeks and then take part in a 1-hour interview, which can be done face to face, online or by phone. As a thank you, we will offer you £35.

If you are interested and would like to know more, please contact Katja Gravenhorst.
