A Little Over a Year in

The anniversary passed, it was a little over a year ago I had RARP.  After a rough start with lots of leakage, frustration, some pain, etc, now after about a year, other than some stress leakage and getting up one or twice a night, things are pretty much back to normal.  Unfortunately, there is still no sign of movement in that area, but I am alive.  Would I do it again if it was needed, the answer is a definite yes, you have to look at the big picture.  I think retiring to Portugal was the right thing to do to eliminate stress which doesn't help anything.  To all here, especially Adrian, I couldn't have done this without your support. I intend to keep in touch and try to help others as they go through this.

Hello Richard.

Its great to hear from you. It doesn't seem a year ago since your op. Doesn't time fly when you're enjoying yourself. 🙂

Thanks for your kind remarks. I'm just glad that you're continuing to recover and enjoying your new life abroad. Long may it continue.

All the best, mate.👍
