Update from Mrs MAS

Posted 05 Dec 2024 at 21:33

There's a few of you good people who may or may not remember me.

I haven't posted much lately.

My lovely husband Allan had a rapod spread of cancer to his lungs within the last 6 weeks. He was in hospital a week and came home on end of life care and passed away a few days later.

He managed over 5 years with an incurable diagnosis and was ever hopeful.

I wish every one of you all the best, donations from Allan's service will be sent to PCUK.

Bless you all and RIP Mr MAS. X

I am so sorry to read this, Mrs Mas, and can only imagine how you are feeling. You’ve been there so constantly for him, and couldn’t have done more. In time I hope your memories will bring you comfort. Until then, a step at a time may be all you can manage, take care of you, love Janet, x

So sorry to read this Melissa, remember having a chat with Allan in our early days of diagnosis a few years back.

Take care of yourself and be proud that you did your very best in supporting your man through this dreadful disease.

Condolences to yourself and your family Mrs Mas and RIP Allan, a fellow pilgrim fighting this horrible disease for 6 years.

There is no doubt he fought long and hard, and will live on in your memories.
