Any tips when 40 mg alprostadil is not enough for sexual intercourse?

Joe, how many times have you tried and are you injecting in the right place.

Although there seems different opinions are you doing any stimulation.

using injections for 12 years, moved up to 40 mg recently, getting better but not rigid enough for penetration. Looking for additional information, tablets etc.

I use a 40mg injection and my ED nurse said to use the pump to give the erection a firmer feel. It works for me and my wife can also feel the difference.

Hi, which pump do you use?

I've read up on the Vacurect, wonder if it's as good as it's made out to be.

Only used Osbon for rehabilitation.
