Prostate may still be swollen from the RT. It was 5-6 months afterwards when my flow rate recovered.

If you are peeing slower than you did, it's worth asking to try Tamsulosin. Given your issue is mainly at night, and it usually needs to be taken with food, probably best to take with last meal of the day, but ask your doctor. Also, you might try avoiding fluids 2-3 hours before bedtime.

If the issue is urgency, it might be your bladder reacting to the RT. If that goes on more than 3 months, then it might be worth asking to have it investigated.

Remote monitoring is just monitoring PSA level as far as I know. If you have an issue, you need to bring that up. It's quite common to have a radiographer review at 6 and 12 weeks after RT, to pick up any issues, but processes vary from one place to another.

The place I was treated does the first post-RT PSA test at 12 weeks (which is their 2nd radiotherapy review), except for SABR without HT where first post-RT PSA test is done at 6 months.
