Parkinsons and Bicalutamide

I am 62 now my history is below. 30 days ago I started taking Bicalutamide for my prostate cancer. It feels like my PD has suddenly got worse in the last week. Has anyone else experienced there issues please?

Not a connection I've come across, so I Googled.

"According to a population-based study, bicalutamide and other androgen deprivation therapies (ADT) are not associated with an increased risk of Parkinson's disease. However, one patient reported that their Parkinson's disease seemed to worsen after starting bicalutamide to treat prostate cancer."

So I drilled down, and the one patient report is in fact your post above!

There are also papers claiming Testosterone levels can influence dopamine levels in the brain, so it's certainly something worth asking your Parkinson's clinicians about.
