PSA 7.3 a year on

Hi just asking I’ve had a biopsy December 23 came back all clear just had my check up this week PSA came back 7.3 anyone else have anything like this thanks all

Where you told you had an enlarged Prostate (BPH) because this could account for it? Assume you must have had an MRI at some point which would have helped etablish Prostate size.

Hi Barry no nothing was said about enlarged prostate I’m thinking it might be and only just repaired to full size that’s why the test is up thanks

We are in similar situation.

With a PSA reading of 9.1 in October 23 I had a biopsy in January 24 - nothing found.

PSA in July 24, 5.3 and in Jan 25 up to 7.4.

Shortly before last PSA test my follow up with Consultant was postponed from February 24 to September 24. The NHS app says my recent rise in under review at Urology.
