Hi,

Just bumping this up in the hope that someone will be able to comment on prostatitis.

It sounds like you need a urologist specialising in prostatitis. In spite of many listing it, very few actually specialise.

Have they cultured any expressed prostatic fluid, to find out if there's any bacterial infection, and which antibiotics it's sensitive to? If you've been on Ciprofloxacin for long enough and it hasn't helped, then if it's a bacterial infection, it's resistant to Ciprofloxacin.

With Ciprofloxacin, avoid heavy stresses on tendons - it can cause them to break.
