Moving on or not

7 years on and and I have no answers for why I feel the need to revisit , maybe because you guys just simply understand, maybe because you walked the walk with us .
maybe because I suddenly felt the need for a comforting hug from those that understand.
I suppose the vast majority who read this won’t have a clue who Trevor was or who the feck I am but that’s ok , just believe in your self and the power of positivity xxx

Hi,

I know who you are Julie and I read  the posts in 2019 when my husband Allan was diagnosed. The  posts made from before Trevor passed and the ones from you since gave me some hope and strength.

I'm in the very early days as Allan passed away at the end of November 2024.

I don't know what to say except I'd love to send you a hug and would you send me one back? I sorely miss the lovely big hugs from him. As well as everything else of course.

Consider yourself hugged, or as we say in Wales "cwtched"🙂

Lovely to hear from you again, you and Trevor are and were legends. Sending love and hugs, we don't seem to have the comfort blanket anymore.

Keep going gal.

Thanks Chris

Hello there,

I am a relative newby on here so didn’t know about your story until I read your profile. Trevor certainly was a fighter and it sounds very much like you are too. All I can do is wish you well for the future and send you lots of hugs🤗🤗

I remember you and Trevor very well and it’s good to hear from you. It’s coming up to 15 years since I lost Mike, and I still pop in, although I don’t join in much these days, but it’s always been a special place with special people. Take care, Julie, x
