Millens Prostectomy

I would be interested to hear from anyone else who has had a Millens Prostectomy.  Mine was in 2020 and was successful but recently have signs of problems again.   After having many biopsies and scans for years and having a cafeta fitted for 14 months, I finally had this treatment but was told that cancer was still a possibility.

Anyone else in a similar position?  Have recently, once again had psa test to check for this.

I presume this was for enlarged prostate and poor flow?

Prostate tissue does grow back, but not usually that quickly.

Have you been investigated for prostate cancer since the procedure?

Yes, it was for enlarged prostate, with eventually no flow at all.  Initially the consultant kept in touch and had a couple of psa tests, but not for the last two years.  I have contacted GP who has done a psa, so awaiting results.

At the moment it’s just uncomfortable for some reason, just a bit worried about a return to the pre op situation.
