Bathmate Penis Pump Reviews

Has anyone tried or is currently using a Bathmate Pump? If so, do you find it's more effective in the bath, shower, or does it not really make a difference? Also, does anyone have insights on the best routine for getting the most out of it?

Additionally, do you need to be erect before using it, or does the pump help achieve an erection on its own? Any tips or experiences would be appreciated!

I've used the Bathmate for a while and also a Somaerect VED. I basically use the Bathmate for regular muscle flexation, if that's a word, to try and maintain my penis's flexibility. Like most muscles, if you don't use, you lose it. I had a RALP and all the seminal vessels were removed, so I do not have any nocturnal or natural erections. I use the Bathmate every other day. I stand over the bath, or sink and fill the Bathmate with warm water. I then place the Bathmate over my flaccid penis and bring it tight to my body. I make sure my testicles are not inside and then compress the Bathmate against my body. When doing this, water will jet out the end nozzle. I do this fairly slowly several times, until I've achieved a full erection inside the cone. I usually maintain this for a minute, then I'll press the button on the nozzle and the water will come out and my penis will shrink. There isn't a constriction ring, so unlike the Soma I can't maintain the erection, so it's just for penis health.

Have been using one for several years now post RP for keeping things well 

Have a cheapy and the vacurect  but the bath mate is the easiest to use for exercising 

I use it in the shower with a rope sling I made that goes around neck and end of the Bathmate makes it hands free (You can buy one if you want )

I also have a wire holster that I can put the bathmate in between cycles .Much easier than bending down

Pump it up and have a wash while it is on 

I actually do my short Kegel exercises at the same time  

Then I take it off and do some jelqing stretching in between 

And some long Kegel exercises 

A touch subject goes into this 

I repeat this 2-3 times 

Found this easier and more private and part of my morning routine
