Blood Pressure Post Opp??

Hello PC Community

I had prostate & lymph node cancer & had nerve sparing removal in April 2022. All went well, happy to answer any questions anyone might have on the whole process of diagnosis, pre-opp & post-opp issues.

what I’d like help from the community on is post-opp blood pressure.

For past two years I’ve had an increasing blood pressure issue that the GP can’t fix with tablets and seems ignorant to finding any cassation for.
im fit, not overweight, just old & ugly🤗 never had BP issues before and I’m starting to think it might be connected to my lymph node removal & caused a sodium imbalance in the adrenal gland….primary aldosteronism is the name of an issue stemming from the adrenal gland & causes high BP for 1 in 20 sufferers.

What my question is….has any other lymph removee suffered from high blood pressure or primary aldosteroism?

If your GP can't resolve your BP issue, they need to refer you to hospital. It might be a specialist area that not all hospitals have, but I know UCLH had a specialist blood pressure clinic.
