It looks like they've also proved that too much masturbation can affect your eyesight. 😁

It isn't a field I know at all, but I do suspect that regardless of prostate cancer treatment fitter men are likely to have better sexual function (or turning it on its head, people who are physically unfit may also have poor sexual fitness).

But obviously it is encouraging news given that following prostate cancer treatment most men don't recover erectile function immediately and are keen to know how to optimise their recovery.

Exercise improved erectile function; psychosexual education showed no additional benefits.
