Good afternoon all,

I'm on triplet therapy, finished chemo last September and now on long term prostap and darolutamide. At this early stage PSA has been undetectable and I have next test in a couple of weeks.

This afternoon I was sitting on a park bench having a sandwich and coffee when I suddenly became faint, then for 5 or 10 seconds max (my wife was with me) I lost consciousness and was apparently flinging my arms about. I came round immediately after and OH asked me quickfire questions like what's our address, 'phone no., car reg no.,count backwards from 20 and I "passed" all of them.

This has never happened before, it scared me, does anyone else have any similar experience of this?

In the past 5 weeks I've had a bad cough twice, first time it cleared after 10 days, second started 5 days ago and is now improving.

Sorry can't help you. One thing to remember is not to attribute everything to cancer or cancer treatment. It is definitely wise to post here because it may be attributable and then you have a head start when talking to your GP, but it may not be. Either way see your GP.

Many thanks Dave, I'll be making an appointment when they open tomorrow.
