34 years old PSA 2.5 from 0.9 6 months ago

Hi I am terribly worried about having cancer, my PSA has risen quite a lot in very few months. I have an ache between testicles and anus ( prostatitis maybe? ) ED issues but also I have low testosterone so that could be due to that. Is it likely I have cancer with that level? I have another PSA test to take which is a finger prick one from optimale who found my latest PSA level out of range. I will also be attending my GP to get referral to urologist

Hopefully someone can reassure me?

Hi Steve.

I'm not medically trained, mate, but I think your symptoms are much more likely to be caused by other non cancerous prostate conditions which can cause a rise in PSA.

To be on the safe side get your GP to check you over. Please let us know how you get on.

Best of luck.👍
