Hi.
As above, has anyone any stories to share with this diagnosis? I have seen the oncologist and been offered RT with 3 years of HT, and also the surgeon who is confident of a good outcome despite the seminal vesicle invasion. I have surgery as my preferred option as it potentially avoids ADT if the pathology is favourable and the PSA doesn't begin to exceed limits post op, I do however appreciate the possibility of salvage radiation, and understand the implications of non nerve sparing surgery.
I'd be very interested in hearing from men who have had (or avoided) salvage radiotherapy with T3b and whether that was done without ADT. That is my worst fear, far greater than ED. I've read so many posts where men have struggled with it, and I'm not sure my already fragile mental health would cope.
