Penis pump and feeling faint

I was finally prescribed my penis pump last Monday after my prostatectomy in February. I was looking forward to using it to see what progress I might make.

Used it for the first time and within two minutes felt incredibly faint and had to stop using it.

Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do to stop that feeling?

DR, never had that ,I would definitely get some medical advice before using it again.

Thanks Chris

Tried again this morning and managed to do the required ten minutes. I think yesterday I caught scrotal skin in pump and probably did three pumps too quickly. All the concentration I don’t think I was breathing either.

Found a better angle today to avoid skin being sucked in to tube. And I did slower pumps and breathed.

i didn’t get my ten to twenty erections as suggested by consultant in the ten minute time frame but got at least five or six in so it’s a start.

Practice makes perfect

Hi mate.

I'd pay extra for a pump that included a bit of scrotum sucking.

I didn't get ten to twenty erections in 2024.

🙂

Once you get the hang of it you can have a bit of "fun".

I was thinking maybe you felt feint because your body wasn't used to all its blood being sucked into your willy?

Seriously the first time I tried a pump I had blood coming out my willy because it was to soon after the op, that made me jump!!

Hi DevilsRejex

Takes it easy to start with and you will get there.

I have a live video showing how to practise with the pump including a two-minute section demonstrating a short-cut to achieve an erection. If you private message me with your email address I will be please to send you a link.

If you pump too fast the edge of your testicles can be sucked into the bottom of the tube, which creates a sensation similar to being kicked in the balls. Feeling faint is quite a mild way to describe that, and I wouldn't want it to continue for two minutes.

The SomaErect pump which I was prescribed had an insert tube to use for the first few times. It obviously limited the girth to which my penis could expand but ensured there was no space in which a bit of testis could get trapped. Once expansion of the penis diameter happened quickly enough, I could just use the main tube.
