📢 Help improve cancer care for sexual and gender minorities

King's College London are conducting an important research project to improve how healthcare services support sexual and gender minorities (SGM) patients and their partners after prostate cancer treatment. Some cancer patients regret their treatment due to its impact on their sex life, especially those who identify as SGM, who are often excluded from research. Existing tools to assess and support sexual side effects tend to focus on heterosexual experiences, limiting personalised care.

If you:

 > have experienced prostate cancer and identify as sexual & gender minority (gay/bisexual/trans/non-binary)
  or

> are the partner of someone who identifies as a sexual & gender minority (gay/bisexual/trans/non-binary) and who has experienced prostate cancer

the researchers would love to hear from you.

You can express an interest by emailing saran.green@kcl.ac.uk

You will be asked  to complete a short screening form so they can ensure a diverse and representative group of participants.

Selected participants will take part in a 60-minute focus group or interview, online or in-person.

Payment is provided for participating in this study
