Hello all,

The good news is my PSA Is back to 0.1 Following 20 fractions of SRT To my Prostate bed during june/July a total  of 52 gy . I had my RALP Back in march 2021 and Histology of Gleeson  3+4. (7)  T3a  positive margins .

My PSA Pre RALP was 9.7.     and It remained 0.1   until last september it went up to 0.2 on my my 60th birthday!

My side effects following SRT such as a bit of bowel and bladder stuff have cleared up ,  my Erectile dysfunction  was already bad Following nerve sparing surgery .

Now my question is can/will my ED improve in time or do i have to finally accept that my Gun has been fully Decommissioned ?

thank's

Van64, re ED never give up and have fun finding solutions. Use whatever aids there are to help you. I have found HT a killer.

Thanks Chris

It looks like i have Dodged HT ,  back in April i had a PSMA CT-PET Scan, nothing detected so Oncologist said because of this and my low grade  low risk PC   HT would not be needed .

Hello, mate.

I'm very pleased to hear that your SRT has been effective.

You've had ED issues for a long time, and I suggest that you give penis injections a try. They worked for me. You should be able to get them prescribed.

Here's a link, that may be useful
