3 weeks post catheter removal.

I’m 3 weeks post catheter removal and pretty much dry during sitting and only a small leak occasionally overnight.  On the catheter removal day I had absolutely no control when standing or walking.  I am able to control leaking whilst walking now but using just a small amount of squeeze, my question is, it’s that normal progress? I’m doing PFE every day, 5 long and 5 short as directed by the physio.

Ive also read that you can focus you PVE’s to ‘nuts & guts’ anyone else doing this.

like other I’ve read about on here, progress seems very slow and frustrating!

Hi Skywalker,

I focus on nuts, guts and butts - lol. I am 18 months post op and nearly 11 months since I got fully dry. I also was doing 10 long and 10 shorts, three times a day. I still do one or two sessions per day. I find that I still leak if I do a lot of exercise and get very tired. Also I can leak a lot when I have a bad cold and on the last cold I actually went back to pads for a couple of days. I try to just accept this is how I will now be and to be honest its easier to deal with than the ongoing PSA tests.
