If not is there an alternative? Lindsay, to the best of my knowledge, abiraterone is available in England BUT, you have to meet certain criteria. I could have gone onto abiraterone privately but not on the NHS. For various treatments I swapped back to the NHS and went on to apalutamide instead. I believe guys who were on the abiraterone trials were allowed to continue on the abiraterone. There was a headline the other day saying abiraterone now available in England, but it didn't highlight the criteria requirements. It is available in Scotland with less restrictions.

Scholars, please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks Chris

Abiraterone (abiraterona) is available in the UK and is used by the NHS for advanced prostate cancer. Therefore, it is highly likely that you will be able to continue taking it when you return to the UK, depending on your specialist's assessment of your specific indication.
