Hi about when did the hot flushes start ? I know everyone's different but after a few days, or about a week or so? Husband has his first 4 weekly injection on Tuesday .

My flushes started about 3 weeks after my first jab.

Thank you for that. He has quite an important meeting 2 days after on Thursday and I did think he'd be OK for that . I'd guessed about a week or so

May be worth noting that my injections were every 3 months, so a heavier dose than your husband's.

But also worth noting that we all react differently!

Our GPs just said it was 1 month just to start with. He had it this morning, but next one is 6 months. I think he should change it to a 3 month one, just feel it would be less stuff in his system in one go. He has to change it anyway as it clashes with another appointment.
