Bob, not sure I understand, you say you have testosterone "top of the limit" but no libido. Normally high testosterone after ADT means recovery of libido.
LH and FSH aren't female hormones, both sexes have these. They are hormones produced by the pituitary (a small gland behind the nose) which act to control the sex hormones. In females they control oestrogen production, in males testosterone. The control mechanism means they are responsive to what your testosterone level is, so their levels rise when testosterone is low and stabilise when testosterone is OK. The fact that your LH and FSH are higher than normal suggests they detect low testosterone, but have continued to rise because testosterone hasn't reached a normal level.
So there is a contradiction. The direct measurement of your testosterone is high, but the levels of LH and FSH suggest the pituitary detects it as low.
You need to talk to your doctor, and if possible ask to be referred to an endocrinologist (hormone expert) who might work out what is going on.
