Has hormone therapy affected your sex life - and would you share your story?

Hi everyone - I'm Nick and I'm the Head of Support Services at Prostate Cancer UK.

On 11 February (6 - 7.15pm), Prostate Cancer UK - alongside our partners Movember - will be running a webinar for healthcare professionals. The aim of the webinar is to update these healthcare professionals on a number of projects that we will be running together, focused on sexual health and wellbeing in prostate cancer. We will also be trying to get some of them involved in this work.

So that we can ensure that this audience engages with the reality of what prostate cancer treatment means for men's sex lives, we would like a man with lived experience to share his story for around 10 / 15 minutes.

We are specifically looking for someone with advanced prostate cancer to speak about the impact of hormone therapy on their sex life and relationship(s) - if relevant.

If this is something you might be interested in, please do get in touch with me at nick.ridgman@prostatecanceruk.org and we can have a chat about what this would entail.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Fixing the IT issues on this forum would be the most supportive thing you could.

Nick, I echo the comments of the previous contributors on here, you need to get your house in order. With a reliable site we can give support 24/7 not just on the odd occasion through a webinar.

Thanks Chris
